Our roof looks great! Friendly and dedicated installation crew take pride in their work - spotless clean up afterwards. Special thanks to Richard for his free detailed inspection, walking us thru the insurance claim process, meeting our insurance adjust on site to walk him thru all this issues, and just being friendly, personable and answering my many questions.

The work was accomplished quickly and with no interruption. Extensive before and after pictures were taken and reviewed with me with considerable dialog regarding the importance of keeping the roofs vents securely waterproofed. I was very pleased with the entire job performance and would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and relatives.

They did an excellent job dealing with my insurance company and the work on installing the roof was good But keep reading...I was to have them install new skylights which at the time of roof installation were not available. So after agreeing with the owner of Alpha One that when the skylights were in stock they would install them. That has been nearly a year ago. All of my attempts to have them return my calls for status updates have been ignored. This NON customer support is unacceptable and very frustrating. Also, I still do not have a warranty from them. Their business ethics need to improve. Until they do I WILL NOT recommend this company!

(Review for the Moraine office) I will give a more complete review AFTER I can get them to FINISH the work they started in 2021. Very minor amount of work needs to be done but; can not seem to get anyone to call me back to schedule. What do they always say about Do not pay until the work is finished. I gave them the benefit of the doubt Jarrod promised they would be back in the spring and finish...now they are ghosting me....after about 4 attempts to contact them.

This company lacks integrity. Check other BBB reviews about scam. I am a tornado victim and a single female who is taking care of a family. The company has been paid to repair my back door. Jarrod had people take my original door apart to get measurements but never returned to fix the door. I keep calling the company and leaving respectful messages with the receptionist. They never return my calls. I have been going through this for a while with Jarrod and the company. Hire company at your own risk.

I had wind damage that loosened and took a large portion of one side of my house. The insurance company wanted me to recover, clean and reuse what I could . Starlings built a huge nest under the loose siding and consequently created a huge mess all over the side of my house. Jesse Gengler of the A1 Dayton Ohio branch said don't do it. Then the ins co wanted to replace the damaged area with different color and paint it. Then the ins co wanted to replace the damaged side. It wouldn't match the rest of the house in color or type. All these"remedies" the ins co was coming up with would have depreciated my home value. Jesse Gengler knows the law and guided me through the entire process. After fighting for 5 months my house has a full reside. I would not have known my rights if it weren't for Jesse of Alpha one

It was very frustrating, what was quoted as 3 days took over 2 months with them having to come back and fix things that were done incorrectly several times. They subcontracted the work to some companies that don't build fences resulting in a lot of issues. While they eventually finished, it was not an experience I would ever do again with this company. I think there would have been a lot less issues if Alpha One would have inspected as the subcontractor left each day.

Had Alpha One replace about 150 feet of fence. They dismantled the old fence, hauled it off and installed a similar fence to meet our neighborhoods covenant requirements. The posts were set in concrete and the wood and installation is substantially higher quality that the previous fence. The workers kept a tidy job site and communication was outstanding. The only issue I had which is extremely minor was the wait. The job had to be scheduled out about 3 or so weeks but this ultimately is the sign of a good (and busy) contractor. Hire with confidence!

Jamie and his employees did an excellent job at our house. They spent 6 days on our property dealing with the prep, repair and painting. Jamie kept in touch with me daily either in person, by phone or text to answer any questions and to ask how my wife and I thought things were progressing. I would highly recommend AlphaOne Exteriors.

I used this company to perform fence repair and to rebuild 2 gates. At first there was a little confusion about the written details/diagram but all was worked out satisfactorily. Now we have to wait a few months for the wood to season before the painting project can begin.

Alpha took care of everything that I asked for, they reworked my trim, caulked, did some repairs on my overhang, and gave me a complete top quality paint job. It's nice to have people that have pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Jarrod and Jamie were great. They put in a fence, making sure it was what we wanted and always contacted us if they had questions. The fence is sturdy and looks beautiful. The price was reasonable, Everyone at Alpha One was courteous and concerned with doing a good job
