I would say I didn't care for their services and they don't have to worry about coming out to servicing anything at my house again. Not to mention I never did hear back from them on whether or not they had found a circuit board for my furnace. An as for the technician I had that day he couldn't answer any of the questions I was asking him of what could have caused the board to go bad. Of course I had it working temporarily for them to check the burner and the blower to make sure they were working ok but I had told him the story of what happened afterwards and he still couldn't answer my question. Some technician. Anyhow after the way I got treated I decided to order the board from Butler Heating and Air out of Dayton,ohio. I gave them the exact info I gave these guys an he found the part I needed and the price for it told me he could get it to me in two days. So for anybody and everybody that reads this if you need parts in a timely manner call Butler Heating and Air out of Dayton, Ohio.

We have purchased 2 furnaces/heat pumps from Allied services and they do all of our repairs and maintenance. We have never had a problem.

I will use them again in the future.

Don arrived at the specified time. He used shoe covers to walk through the house. He went right to work on the problem and after completing paperwork went back down to furnace to make sure it was working properly.

Allied provided me a quick quotation, (same week) that was very competitive. I felt they were very honest, technically capable and had the best price for service I was interested in.

My wife deals with them. We have never had any problems and I have never heard anything bad about them from my wife. They never give us a timeframe; they just say that they would be there sometime in the evening. We would use them again.

Just recently had a new high effeciency furnace and air conditioner installed. While the old furnace was removed, they cleaned the duct work, which made it easier than with the furnace in place. The two men who came to do the work arrived exactly on time and got right to work. It appeared that every aspect of the work they performed was as if they were doing it for their own home. They covered the carpet from the door to the furnace area and put down a large drop cloth in front of the utility closet where they were working. Every little detail of the installation was perfect. The finished furnace installation looks like a work of art. The new furnace is actually larger in size than the old one, but the way the new one was installed actually left more space in the closet. The air conditioner unit, outside, also looks very neatly done. When they were finished, all debris had been removed and it was difficult to tell that they had even been here. I would like to thank Dave and Will for their professionalism and their friendly attitudes.

They came in and estimated how big of a system I would need for the house (original hp was 3.5 ton) and we decided to go for it.The install took a few days but was up and running by the first day. It went well. The one hiccup was a problem with the control board which was not Allied's fault. They had a Carrier rep out to diagnose and replace the problem and everything else was golden.

The work they did was done more professionally than the original install. They custom-fit everything from their sheet-metal shop which led to a very clean finish on the furnace and ductwork. Even the routing of the coolant lines outside were done with aesthetics in mind.

We had to go with a carrier shop in order for the technology. We went with Allied because it seemed like everyone we talked to there was a HVAC installer. They were extremely knowledgeable and had no problem getting into the nitty-gritty details: all part numbers, user manuals, installation manuals, ahri certificate of the system to be installed, etc.

They did a good job. They put it in, and it worked! Allied was the cheapest of 3 quotes. They were prompt, and professional. I am pleased with their services, and would use them again.

From the time we requested the quote to the time we had a new a/c unit just over a week passed. This was phenomenal given the fact that the work was done during peak season. The sales rep was very responsive and easy to work with and the technicians were very professional and they maintained a very clean work area. Our quote was by far the best we received (after seeking three) and we feel that we received a higher quality unit than we would have from the competitors.

Called to setup an appointment for a new home HVAC system estimate. Secretary took my information, said they would call when sales representative returned. Never received a call back.

We called them and they came out and gave an estimate. Allied gave a fair estimate and we scheduled for installation. They were prompt and worked very efficiently. We have used them for maintenance four times. Very satisfied with their service.

The experience has been fine. They put my furnace in 15 years ago and have been out once or twice. They are pretty professional, extremely informative and explain everything very well. Their service is also very good and very prompt.

A technician from Allied Services came soon after we called them. I called two other companies as well, but the tech from Allied was the only one that that didn't try to convince us that we needed a new furnace. That was in 2007 and our furnace still works great!

It was the day before Christmas Eve when we arrived home from work to find that our thermostat had turned itself off and reset to the default temperature sometime during the day. When we reset the thermostat, the furnace seemed to have trouble getting back up to temperature, cycling on and off a lot to get there. We called our home warranty provider, who in turn contacted Allied as our service provider, and we were able to get service the next day with no problem, even though it was Christmas Eve. The tech arrived and checked the whole system. He determined all we really needed was some cleaning/maintenance. He cleaned the blower and the pilot light assembly, and the furnace has been cycling correctly, keeping temperature with ease, and even running quieter ever since. We've been thinking about replacing the furnace, and the tech was able to give us some options to consider on the spot, and called the home office for a quote on a specific model we expressed interest in. While we didn't take them up immediately on the offer, we are considering it for the Spring.

ALLIED DID A GREAT JOB ON MY AC UNIT. EVERYTHING IS FINALLY RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND THE AIR IS RUNNING CLEANER TOO. THE PEOPLE THEY SENT OUT WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN TO DO WORK FOR ME.
