We purchased our home in 2002. The previous owners had All-Seal casement windows installed. They are lovely. We like them and everyone comments on them. We replaced 2 windows in August 2017 for $317 because they leaked. Since we weren't the original owners, they were not covered by a warranty. However, less than 5 years later, one of those replaced windows' seal broke and I was not offered any type of warranty or explanation, except "that happens". Seems like a poorly made window and poor customer service. The young man who installed the replacement agreed with me - that leaking under 5 years was not good. I had to select "I would hire again" below because that's where I got our unique windows.

The windows took 7 weeks to come in and when they did we were not contacted to set up an installation date. Only after I called them the Monday after the 7th week was I told that the windows came in the previous week. They did get us on the schedule very quickly. We were told that the installation would take 2 days and possibly part of a third. The installation took 4 days. The installation went well and the installers were great. The quality of work was very good and they went above and beyond to do the installation how I wanted. My only complaint is that the communication from the scheduler was very poor. I had to call them for everything including asking if the windows were in and to schedule an installation, to ask what time the installers would arrive and again to follow up on some trim that had to be custom manufactured for our architectural windows. This trim is still not done over 3 weeks after the rest if the windows were finished.

The installers were friendly and did an excellent job on the installation. Pricey but excellent quality and workmanship. We have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.

All-Seal gave me an estimate. At first, he said it would be $3,600.00, but if I committed to it right then, it would be $2,900.00. He didn't even give me a written, detailed estimate. He just gave me a total price. I didn't chose to go with them because he seemed shady.

The service was good. They have great warranties on the windows as long as you are still living in the house.

After extensive vetting, we settled on All-Seal based on the professionalism we encountered on the phone and with the guy who did the estimate. We weren't disappointed. They came out when they said they would, they installed the new windows quickly and removed the old ones, and fixed the mistakes we made when we tried to install a window ourselves. They were done sooner than they said they'd be done and left no mess. We'll be hiring them this summer to finish the rest of our windows.

However, we chose not to use them because they couldn't provide the right color at the same price as the standard white or beige windows they (and most everyone else) offer. We were very impressed with the sales person and his proposal was the most detailed of all the proposals we received.

The two employees arrived on time. They were friendly, quick and efficient. They replaced a 3 x 7 window in about 2 hours. They did not leave any kind of a mess when finished.

This is the company we went with out of the 3 we selected to get quotes from. They were able to do exactly the style, color and type of window we wanted. We did spend a bit more than we had intended, but as we will definitely be in this home long term, it made more sense for us to get exactly what we wanted. We purchased an etched pattern in single prairie style, double hung, for the whole house, not just the street facing windows. We also purchased a full trim package for the interior of the windows in a Colonial style. So a bit more detail than we had originally intended, but once we saw what was available, and assessed our preferences, that's what we felt was the best fit. Again, the salesperson was just wonderful-had we not known that these options were available to us, particularly the wood colonial style trim package for the interior, I honestly do not feel we would be as happy with our new windows as I anticipate we will be. They will look like they were meant for this house, not like an afterthought as some windows I have seen in other homes. This, to us, was worth spending a bit extra. We have not had the windows installed yet, they will be ready mid-January. The representative was ALWAYS available to me, answered all my questions, both in the initial interview and in subsequent phone calls, kept our order ready to go while we waited for a financial settlement and got moving on it the day we gave the go-ahead. The final measurements were taken the very next day. Everyone that has come to my house thus far, and who was at the office when we went there to drop off paint for the window trim, has seemed genuinely pleased to have our business. We couldn't have asked for more courteous service, we had absolutely all the information we needed at a moments notice. I will of course update this once we have windows in the house and see how they're working-I'm sure as with everything else on this particular home, there will be some glitches along the way but that's to be expected with any major renovation of this type.

Price was competitive with other remodelers.Discounts were given for online ad, Angies list discount, Senior Citizen discount. Contract required 10% down with balance due on completion.
Ordering of material required a wait of approximately one month,Installers were professional, took only a few short breaks, and finished entire job in one day. Installation was well done with no defects and blended well with overall bath appearance.
Two minor issues: Office did not call us day of final pre install measure to notify us installers were running late and would not be able to make previously scheduled appointment time. Shower replacement job involved breaking up of existing drywall and ceramic tile which created a large volume of dust and dirt that covered everything in adjacent bedroom even though installers kept bathroom door closed throughout process, ran exhaust fan constantly, and wore respirators to protect them.

Windows were nice and we liked the company. The windows recently had some issues and they quickly sent someone out and he found the problem and promptly told us the windows would be replaced.

They were very professional. Answered all questions and made the process easy for us. Although the price may be a little high I think it is worth the service you get. The installers did an ok job cleaning up.We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly. One issue was I did not care for the window I ordered that was frosted. There was nothing wrong with the window I just wanted a clear window. They replaced it for me at no charge. I will call and recommend this company in the furture.

Overall they did a good job but sometimes they were a little hard to get a hold of as far as communication. There were a couple issues with getting some permits but they worked with us and we were able to compromise.
