I contacted the provider a.m. Tuesday, 22 September 2015 to come out and clear my drain(s). We scheduled an appointment with Brian Lavy for 6 p.m. today, Thursday, 24 September 2015. I contacted the plumber at 6:20 p.m. and asked where he was. He said he didn't have me on his schedule. I reminded him of our conversation and he remembered. He asked if I wanted to reschedule. I do not want to reschedule.
My Rebuttal to Service Provider Response:
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Let me be completely clear. What I stated in my rating of your company concerning the incident you are responding to was completely accurate and occurred just as I described it. I recorded the incident minutes after I got off the phone with Brian. I resent your implication that this didn't happen. It did, and just the way I recorded it. Your response is a way to cover your exposure. I get it. I didn't get the service you promised, and I want to ensure other potential customers are aware of the incident and your response.

Service Provider Response:
September 28, 2015 Dear Mr. Roziere, On September 15, 2015, you contacted us to clear a kitchen drain at a Kettering address on September 18 in AM or PM. On September 16, 2015, we replied that we could be there on Friday September 18, 2015, between 10 and noon. At that time we asked for a phone number in order to contact someone. You replied on September 17, 2015 that the date and time window was fine and that you would let your tenant know and gave us her phone number. That same evening you let us know that the tenant would not be available after all. So we then replied that you have her give us a call to schedule at her convenience. We also asked, at that time for a billing address and phone number for yourself and let you know that we looked forward to hearing from both you and your tenant. On September 18, 2015, you let us know that your tenant would call us to schedule on Monday, September 21, 2015. We replied that same day that we looked forward to hearing from your tenant. On September 24, 2015 you posted a review on Angie?s list as contacting us on Tuesday September 22, 2015 to clear drain. You also stated that you spoke with Brian Lavy to schedule that appointment, Mr. Lavy did not answer the phones that week. Also, we have looked at all phone logs and appointment logs to verify that you called to schedule your appointment. We have no information to support your statement. It took a total of 9 days for this to take place. We do apologize for any mix ups that may have occurred, but we do have the email messages from Angie?s list and our phone call logs to support our position. We do our very best to make sure every call, email or letter is responded to. We are very sorry to hear that you have this impression. Thank you The All Drain Team
