Excellent. He showed me the entire process of how the gas unit works, Explained the parts and all the steps for the flame and sensor then fan activate. After cleaning the flame sensor it worked fine and heated up the house. While there he performed a tune-up. I purchased a one year maintenance plan for $139 that covered the service call and tune-up. It will cover an AC tune-up this summer and be good for one year of benefits.

Very well. From the time I contacted Airtron on line during a weekend, (I got a call from the call center right away), to the diagnostic visit and the estimate appointment (both on the same day) and installation (the following day) it was seamless. All the employees were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the team that helped me! I would definitely call them for other services they offer.

We've been quite happy with Airtron since we purchased a completely new heating and air conditioning system in 2011. The employees are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We purchase the fall and spring packages for system check ups and they are great about reminding us. They also have been able to answer all questions when I've called in regards to control panel messages that weren't understood.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the sales force and service providers. I haven't had an opportunity to try the furnace but the AC works well. (York unit)

GREAT representative. I've had mixed luck with HVAC calls before, but this guy was perfect. Even stayed for 15 minutes (after 11 PM) to ensure that the furnace would run through a second cycle.
