The system failure stopped production on a newsletter that had a near term deadline. The computer been slowing down and had failed before less than three months ago. I had already decided to switch to an apple computer after pnewsletter was completed. Timely repair of the PC was critical for me. I called Dan late Friday afternoon and he came to my house Saturday afternoon at the promised time. He worked diligently and methodically using software tools he brought with him. He answered all questions. At one time when the computer was very slowly processing a command, he left my house to answer a nearby service call, but returned as promised shortly after the computer completed its task. I was very impressed by his professionalism, his diagnostic capabilities and his informed direct approach to fix the problems. I was extremely pleased that he could start working on my computer so quickly and that he finished the job that Saturday afternoon.
The PC has worked since it was repaired, which was at least long enough to finish the newsletter and my TurboTax IRS return. Tomorrow I will begin transferring files to the new iMac. Incidentally, Dan also works on Apple computers.

He arrived, quicky diagnosed the problem, took my desktop back to his shop, did the necessary repairs, and returned the machine to my home the next day and got the machine up and running again. Well done!

I AM SO GLAD THAT WE FOUND THE HOME COMPUTER HELPERS A FEW YEARS AGO. WE VE HAD TO CALL THEM 3 TIMES FOR VIRUSES AND THEY HAVE BEEN PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY ALSO GIVE AWAY FREE PROGRAMS THAT THEY THINK MAY BE OF INTEREST TO YOU. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!
