ABSOLUTE PLUMBING & DRAIN CLEANING

Our main house drain gets plugged up by tree roots every spring. After another root remover service refused to give me a price on the phone, then sent a service tech who was kind of a bully (and who quoted me an outlandish price over $400!!) Allen was recommended by a friend. Allen was professional and pleasant on the phone, quoted me a very fair price, and was able to fit us into his schedule the same day. He gave me an overview of what he was going to do, did a great job, and gave me more information about the problem than any other plumber had ever shared. He also advised me on how to fix an unrelated issue myself for less than $20. As a woman I appreciated the fact that he didn't talk down to me and treated me with respect the whole time. I felt comfortable around him. We will definitely call Allen the next time we need help with anything plumbing-related. Highly recommended!

I had no problems at all.

I didn't feel like they really gave a lot of effort. They cleaned the drain out and I wouldn't call them for anything more complicated than that.

He was very nice, clean and prompt. I felt the price was good for the work he performed. He done a really good job and I'm pleased with his work.

Allen responded to a claim we placed through our home warranty company. He diligently worked until he found the source of our leaky bathroom sink, the faucet. The faucet, a Moen, was only two years old, and a replacement was not covered under our home warranty. Allen got on the phone and spoke with a representative with the Moen company and was able to get us a replacement faucet for free! We saved approximately $90 with his help. When the new faucet came in, he called promptly to schedule installation. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, courteous, and pleasant. I really appreciated him going the extra mile for us to get the new faucet for free, he didn't have to do that. I would definitely call him in the future and will recommend him to others whenever the opportunity arises.
