He is kind and will not B.S. you. He just fixes your machine and brings it back. The price is based on the average service call from him, and you may have to pay for additional parts you'd need. There is no charge for pick-up or delivery. He even saved stuff from my old hard drive when it crashed. He even picked out a new computer and brought it back to my home and set it up. He only does computers, not printers. He's like a miracle.
