It was pretty reasonable. They were very good. He came right when he said he was going to.

Work was done fine other than the first day when the work was supposed to be done the workers wouldn't grind the stump. I called on their cell phone and they said they would do it for an additional $400.00 I refused, and called the company number. The person who answered the phone agreed that the stump removal was supposed to be included and done while they were here the first time. After they finally finished grinding the stump 2 days later they said they would remove the chips and add topsoil for an additional $150.00. I agreed to that amount and they proceeded. After the work was done and they went back to the shop someone from the shop called and said that the workers were upset because they stated I didn't give them a $40.00 tip. I said it was never agreed to. About 2 weeks later I get a bill from them for an additional $264.69 for "sales tax and topsoil" the sales tax was supposed to be included with the bid which originally was agreed upon. I guess what I'm saying is... I don't like being fleeced for extra money when I already talked to the owner (I believe he was the owner) and other than the $40.00 "tip" was OK. I'll never use this service again, and certainly don't recommend them to anyone else!

They took down four trees. They were supposed to dig the stamps out but they didn't do a very good job. They didn't remove all the stamps so we ended up hiring some to dig the stamps out.

Excellent.  I wish he could have pulled the stump out, but he only offerred grinding down to ground level--I need someone else to do the stump.  He reuses invoices, leaving details of previous work and dates, but it does the job.

They showed up exactly when promised and did the job very quickly, and they cleaned up nicely.

I called on a Friday and was given an estimate that day. Detailed and clearly spelled out. Got a couple more and theirs was the best for the work required. Did get cheaper estimates but this was from a company that was not insured or bonded. The team came out and they worked quickly and efficiently. They were easy to talk to and wanted to make sure they did all that was contracted for.

The gentleman on the phone was very quick to respond and set a time to come out.  I gave him a description of two pickup loads of branches and tree trunk pieces.  He gave me as estimate of $145 for an hour to remove the materials.  They came out I believe the next day.  When they arrived, they said the pile was bigger than expected and they had also not expected the tree trunk pieces.  They told me it would take much longer than expected and upped the cost to $321.  I agreed because I just wanted it taken care of and at least they were responsive.  It took them less than an hour to remove all the material.  I was very disappointed in the price increase when I had explained the job over the phone and it still took them less than an hour to remove the material.

Things went well. The were really fast in performing the service.

I have bought firewood off of Aarons for the last 3 years. Each year a cord. That said, they always have a very good price. Each time I call, they deliver the wood in 1-2 hours in the same day.  Yesterday I inspected the wood for infestation. out of one cord, I only found one piece with some old termite damage... I consider that great results.  They offer to dump the wood about anywhere and are always professional.  Will do business again.

The work crew arrived promptly on the date & time scheduled. The work was completed with the smaller pieces of the wood being thrown in the back of a truck & hauled away. The crew used a chipper to get rid of most of the smaller branches. They raked the rest of the leaves into piles which made it easier for me to dispose of. A few hours later the worker came to grind down the stumps. He knew just what to do. I asked that the stump holes not be filled in with the dirt & wood chips, but left in piles so I could use it elsewhere in my yard. Aaron's left my yard in the condition I expected it to be left in. I am very pleased with the work performed by this company.

The crew arrived and used their machine to cut out the stump.  Then they raked up chips of wood and used the leaf blower to clean up the sidewalk and the street.  Great job.
They were going to use an ax for the roots, but it broke so they used the stump grinder.  They were going to clean up the sidewalk with the leaf blower, but they could not get it to work.  It was no big deal, I could sweep it.   Even with their tools not working they did a good job removing the roots.

I got their contact from Angie's list. Their person came a day before the service and gave the quote.  I agreed to the price without hesitation or haggling. Before he left, I walked back to his truck to confirm that they would grind the roots also. He said yes they would and haul away every thing. Next day, after the service people had left, I noticed two piles of grinded tree roots stll lying in the yard. I called their office and after checking with her personnel, the lady informed me that the cost for removing the stuff was $110 more. I was taken aback and called the person who had given me the quote. He told me that yes it was true, it was written on the quote form, in the pre-printed, about 1/3rd down the way. To his credit, he did offer that he would ask his people to pickup the stuff free of charge if it made me happy. I told him, no, that was OK, I will make some other arrangement to remove the stuff. I believe, they should have done it in the first place, without special consideration of making me happy.
My unsatisfaction being that the extra charge was not mentioned when the price was quoted, even if it was already there in the fine print. It was also not  mentioned even when I waled back to the his truck to confirm that they would grind-out the tree roots. Secondly, even if going by the fine print, that cost  ($100 in the fine print) is for any number of tree grinds - charging me the same amount for the two trees would have been overly excessive. 
Positives: They did apply Angie's List discount to my total, their response was quick and courteous. They performed the job fast and cleanly.

We had a whole patch of wild honey suckle that needed be cleared out. They had 5 guys that came out to do the job.  Which made the job get done very quickly and they did a great job.  They were very efficient, on time, and hard working. The owner gave us a call back after the job was complete to make sure we were happy with the result. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.

They were not killing the weeds along the fence and missing half the lawn.  A tree was growing up the house 14 feet.  They did not take care of the flowerbeds.  y left the roots on the bushes about 4 feet long and they broke the downspouts. 

 Four big overgrown bushes needed to come out.  They were asked to pull them out and fill with rocks.  They did not do that. 

We lost a large tree limb due to a storm on Friday evening.  We called Aaron's Tree Service on Saturday morning.  They came out and gave us a reasonable estimate on Sunday and removed the limb on Monday morning.   This limb had fallen on our fence and was hovering over a hosta bed and they were able to remove it without harming any of the plants.  Everything was cleaned up and looked like nothing had ever happened.  We were very impressed and will definitely use them again!
