We are a small family-owned and operated shop. Net 30 terms are available upon completion and submission of a credit application. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Amex as well as cash and checks for payment.

The service was excellent.
I got pricing from 3 local glass shops. All were competitive, but AAA Glass and Mirror had the best price and they were the most helpful on the phone. I did not know what the appropriate thicknesses were or whether to buy tempered glass or not. They discussed it thoroughly on the phone until I felt comfortable with the conclusions. The other vendors were less helpful...in fact, one of them seemed bothered by my questions.
I was trying to get these pieces delivered before our Thanksgiving party, which was about a week and a half away. They told me they could do it and they did.
Unfortunately, the piece for the dinner table was cut too large, but that was my fault; I measured it wrong. The delivery man talked to the shop on the phone, worked with me to take new measurements, and took the piece back with him. They ground it down to the right size and only charged me for the grinding time and re-delivery, totaling about $100. I felt they handled it very reasonably and professionally and the cost could have been much worse.
