A-Able

Pleased with their work, and we would probably hire them again in the future,

Six years ago, we purchased a brand new water heater from A-Able.  It's an electric water heater because we live in an all electric neighborhood, which is something we've never experienced before. We've always had gas water heaters.  The hot water stopped and luckily we looked at the tag on it, and it had not been quite six years since it was installed.  It was still under warranty.  We didn't realize how much of a warranty, but we called A-Able and they sent their technician over.  He was the one that said hey, you're still under warranty, and they replaced both heater elements at no cost to us.  We paid for the service call.  So we were very, very happy with the whole experience with A-Able.  He said we're good to go for at least another six years on this.  This is not usually what happens to us.  They were on a timely manner; they were good. 

Since they first installed our furnace and later our a/c unit, we have routinely recommended A-Able as a very good company with whom to do business.. Now that we experienced their servicing of our a/c unit, our evaluation of A-Able HVAC has risen. Our experience has been very positive. Everyone involved in the process, from the office staff, the technician and service manager, did an outstanding job. They were quick to respond to our needs, very punctual in their service, and quite thorough in completing the repairs.. They did an exemplary job for us. I highly recommend A-Able Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone. We certainly will continue using them!
