I called at the end of the week and they told me they were backed up with AC repairs and they couldn't get here until sometime next week. On Monday I got a call from a repair man who said he was on his way, with no notice. I'm glad I was home. He was professional, timely with the repair and cleaned up after himself. I will use this company again.

Bob found it quickly, fixed it and will be returning as the plumbing was not attached close to the floor above. He is going to put in plastic plumbing from the second floor baths. We also had furnace problems. Found out we had very low co2 (detectors did not measure it), many other things. Replaced the furnace and when they took it out, many items were rusted and not working. He showed us that even if he fixed what he could see, it would not have worked efficiently. So now we are happy.

The guy was on time, worked all day, with no breaks, and was very clean. He was very courteous, and did good work at a reasonable price. My daughter used them as well, and was pleased.
