I am restoring a car and it required some upholstery changes. I had a long discussion with them on what I wanted to do and what I wanted to keep. When you are restoring you want to keep as much as you can instead of changing everything. She said she would have it by this date and that date passed. I kept trying to call her and to make a long story short it took about 3 months. I wasn't happy with that. Then one day she came with all of the interior was done, she said it was done, she came to my place. It was a complete disaster. They did everything, absolutely everything wrong to the point that I have to completely redo everything in the interior of the car.
