I was left with an unfinished hole in my ceiling (see photo). Contractor did not want to seal up until wire was moved away from hole. After the wire was moved by my electrician, he showed no interest in returning to finish the job. He was already paid in full. My phone calls and texts were not returned. I waited several months. At this point, I give up. My kitchen is beautifully remodeled except for the hole in the ceiling. I live in a safe neighborhood and have a clean home. I even offered to pay for the return trip repair cost. I don’t do online reviews, but people should know about the potential for unfinished work and lack of responsiveness.

"Well, there is the truth, and your version of the truth. Ask yourself and the Angies list customers ... Why would the contractor leave a hole, in a brand new ceiling? Why would the client pay the contractor in full, he was not happy with the work? Did the contractor walk the client through the job, and supply the electrician? Did the contractor give the home owner a list of what items needed to be completed, IN A STEP BY STEP ORDER? The answer is yes to all of the above. My work was completed, and the client paid the invoice in full, because he was happy with the work completed. The electrician either came back, or the home owner made adjustments, after the work was completed."

The drywall and plaster job went great. Neal and his team member(s) are very professional and get the job done in a very timely fashion. I initially asked Neal to do just the drywall and plaster repairs in a rental unit I am working on in Cleveland, Ohio. Turns out, he is proficient in many other areas as well. I will definitely be continuing business with Cloverleaf and would recommend them to anyone looking!

Neal answered every call and test quickly, estimate was in writing. Only did was needed to be done and did not make the job any bigger than it needed to be. He works hard and quick. We are very happy with the work performed and the price. Neal is now our go to man for anything we need done in our home, he is very honest and professional!

Really good. Neal was very professional. Answered any questions I had. Explained my budget and Neal gave suggestions on how I could stay within my budget. All workers should be like him. I wish I could give a picture but do not know how. All I know is I felt he would do right by me and he did. That is hard to find. You can tell he is proud of his work

I contacted Cloverleaf Drywall and Construction to repair drywall and replace a basement floor as a result of pet damage. The project was handled with dedicated professionalism from start to finish.
