Unfortunately, his quality is not the best. He had to come back to repair a wall he damaged and finish the sanding and finishing on the stair railing that he missed.
There are lines in the wood around the edge of the room from where it appears he stopped the sander and it 'burned' the wood. When getting ready to paint the stairs, I found where he did not appropriately sand the wood and in the 'dark' corners of the steps, you can feel the grit and rough surface
