The installers who work for the company are very friendly and professional.  I was really impressed with them.  The problems were ongoing, however, after the work was done. First of all, they made several errors in programming our remotes. Certain buttons that were supposed to do certain things, didn't. At one point if we used our upstairs remote, it turned on our downstairs TV. Each time I would text the owner directly  who would try to walk me through the problem.  Once he insisted that the error was mine, sent out a technician, begrudgingly, only to discover that they did, indeed, program the remote incorrectly.
 The adhesive stickers that mount the sensor thing to the components so that your remote only has to "hit" one target, never stayed attached. A year later and we still can't watch TV without the doors to our unit open.
And finally, one year after purchase,  our Blue Ray disc player stopped working. I sent an email to the owner who responded that Sound and Vision has no warranty on it, and that the manufacturer only warrants it for one year. He made no offer to come and check it out, etc.  I think if he would have said, "we'll sell you a new one, and install it for free", I would have been happy.  Now I have to purchase one, and figure out myself how to connect it to this complicated system.
