From the first phone call I was impressed by Rickenbacher Door. Jason came over the same day to take a look at the damage. He talked me through the options for a new door as well as offered to fix the damaged one. We decided to get a new one and an opener since it looked older than me. He had an opening within two days and the gentleman who came out to do the work, Dan, was just as friendly, responsive, and professional as Jason. We've had tons of work done on our house since we bought it in April this year, and Rickenbacher Door is by far the most professional. Cost seemed good too. A+

Jason with Rickenbacher Door Co. responded personally to my phone call to his company. He was out the same afternoon, even making a trip back to his shop to pick up the required parts in order to have my repair completed the same day. He didn't try to sell me a new door (even though my existing one is 25 years old), but suggested installing some new parts to keep my current door operating smoothly. He was courteous, professional and skilled. I was very pleased with the repair.
