Not as good as was expected. Walls bowed and out of square. Workers did not follow planned drawings. Roof leaks. basement floor is cracking. No expansion joints were never put in.

The estimator came out right away, gave us a price, and we paid a deposit. The project was done in a very skillful and professional manner and took only a couple of hours. The carpenter cut out the damaged portion of the sill and installed a custom fit new inlay of treated wood. We are very pleased with the job and everyone was great to work with. We will definitely contact R. C. Norman for some bigger jobs when we are ready to go ahead.

Saleperson came to my home and i gave a downpayment for correcting my floor problem.  it was a very small job and i gave a deposit of half down.  i was told the foreman would report to my home to correct this problem.  when the person reported for the job, it was not the foreman i was expecting who i trusted immensely from a previous bathroom gut and redo done three years earlier which was a very pleasant experience with a wonderful outcome with total remodeling of a ensuite bath.   I do realize this was a very small job and maybe too small for the foreman to get involved with so i relented and allowed their carpenter to do the job. which was accomplished by blowing insulation material into the cracked concrete.  I am not a construction person, but i think i would have used cement to take care of this problem.   the insulation material was like chewing gum and not leveled correctly so that when i had my carpet installed one week later, they had to tear it all out in order to put carpet tacks down and install my new carpet.  They said it was the worse job they had ever seen and asked if i would pay them for taking it all out what i paid the person to put it in.   it was a nightmare for the carpet installers. The problem is I called R.C. Norman very upset and talked to the receptionist who said she would pass my message onto the salesman that took my money.  He has not returned my call to this day.   Like i said i used this company in the past and it was all wonderful, but this time i think since they did not hold up their end of the contract and the job was done by someone other than whom i was expecting and someone who really didnt know what they were doing, i feel my money should be refunded.  I paid $300.00 to eliminate a potential concrete leak problem and it all had to be removed by the carpet installers so i am out the $300.   I really feel lilke i was scammed.

The workmanship & follow through on this project was great. The communication between supervisor, workers & their office was excellent. They're just good people!

We obtained three quotes for this job. Tom gave us a fair and competitive price. Tony, our job supervisor kept all workmen on schedule. Cheryl, office manager and overall general design consultant was outstanding! She was always available to assist me and came with me to pick out specific items such as hardware and granite tops. Her positive attitude and feedback were most appreciated! Mike, our main remodeler was in our home everyday for two weeks. He was on time, worked the entire day on our job and cleaned up after himself each and everyday. He even brought along dog treats for my two small dogs who looked forward to greeting him each morning! Mikes work ethic along with his workmanship were outstanding. The plumber, electrician and granite installers all did a great job as well. Our original bathrooms were almost 50 years old. Tiles were coming off the shower walls...just a mess! RC Norman helped us to restore our bathrooms to an even more beautiful condition than they were originally. The cabinetry, new shower/bath units, floor are all just beautiful. But the most stunning feature of our new bathrooms is the granite vanity tops. More expensive than other options, but well worth it. They add beauty and class to the bathrooms and the entire house. We were so pleased with this remodel job and RC Norman Construction that we have Tom working up an estimate to remodel our kitchen. Yes, the new kitchen will have granite counter tops! Thank you to RC Norman, especially owner, Bob, for keeping such an outstanding group of people working together as a family for so many years. We are so happy with the job we had done and we will recommend RC Norman to anyone asking for a personal recommendation. The overall experience was just wonderful!!

It did not go very well.   They damaged my carpeting.  The dry wall work that they did cracked.   It took them weeks to get back to me and it took weeks to get the job scheduled and completed.  Their work done improperly and when I contacted them to repair what they done, they have yet to respond.  I have been trying to call them for the past 6 months.

I was not stressed out at all. The whole remodel was very smooth. The process was step by step. There was a lot of explainations. They told me where I should go to look for sinks. Everything was handled quite well.

RC Norman Construction did a great job. Every morning the man in charge would go over exactly what they were going to do that day and explained things thoroughly to me. They didn't talk down to me as if I was a woman and didn't understand anything. They were on time and took in to consideration the fact that I only had one bathroom, thus the toilet would have to be done last.

They were excellent. They were very fine. They did quality work. They did the whole 9 yards. They were definitely careful with my property. The price is expensive, but the quality of work was excellent. They were always punctual.

Everything went pretty much as planned, we were really happy with the work that they did. Minor problems but they were good about correcting things.

STARTED WORK A LITTLE LATER THAN PROMISED, TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN PROMISED, BUT DECK IS SOLID & WELL-BUILT. CLEANUP COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.
