My computer would not boot. They were able to fix software at what I feel was reasonable price. Did not lose any files.

Solved my problem

Excellent work - all fine.

After I tried to replace a cracked screen on my Dell table  I couldn't get it to work and I took it to PAK and they were able to get everything working again for the price quoted.  I would use them again, hopefully I will need their services.

It went fine.  I got an estimate on the work while I waited, was told it would be a week, and left my laptop.  I got called in about five days and picked up the repaired laptop that now works fine.

They basically did what they said they'd do. They were a little pricey. It took just a day or two to get my computer back.

Well here I am back again at PAK Computer. I took a 3TB USB external hard drive to them for work. The drive became unreachable from either of my computers. I received an error message from recently repaired laptop, ?there is no volume information available?. It seems that the heads may have contacted the spinning drive. The technician was still able to recover most of the data and had it on a temporary hard drive for me. I asked them to supply another 3TB Usb drive and to transfer the recovered data to it. All of this took less than a week to accomplish I paid my $388.00 bill which covered the price of the new drive, the data recovery and transfer, 2 usb led mice and the tax. Pak Computers provided very expert and courteous service at a fair price. I am pleased with PAK Computers and recommend them to anyone who needs help to make an ailing computer work properly.

When I was in the market for a new laptop computer I learned that Pak Computers, Inc was under new Ownership/Management.
Since they are within a five minute drive from my house I decided to call and see what they had to offer. I did and
the person who answered was very courteous and friendly. I explained my needs.
I desired a new laptop with at least 4 GB of memory and a 500 GB Hard drive. They told me that they had that available
but they had no windows XP operating system (OS) on the new laptops and he told me that only windows seven was available at the time.  I said win 7 would be ok. They asked if I wanted a 15? or 17? screen I selected the 17?.  We discussed a few other features and then I asked when I could pick it up. They stated that it would be ready the next morning. I was really pleased about that and I said that I would be there to pick it up.
 I arrived the next morning and was greeted by one of the technicians and asked for the person that I had talked with on
the phone. He then told me that my laptop was waiting for me and my contact would be right out. When he came out we got busy with him showing me the basics of how the new Graphic interface works. He showed me the easier navigation that
was different than my old OS and then carefully worked with me on setting up the security the way I wanted it. He cautioned me on a few settings that would get in my way if I used them and suggested I leave them as they are until I was
used to the OS. Being that I was new to this OS I asked several questions how and where I could find things. He carefully provided hands on practice for me to absorb it quicker. This proved to be a real help to me when I returned home.
During the time I was there I observed a very comfortable and professional environment. The persons that I
talked with all displayed a friendly attitude and a good knowledge of their field of work. I found the prices of my purchase and items that I looked at to be competitive.
My overall experience was very pleasant and comfortable. I do feel that this is a very reliable business
and worth visiting if you need repair or another computer or accessories.

They were really nice and pleasant. They were really good in helping us decide what to do. The overall experience was excellent. The price was good. I would use this provider again.

A man came out and installed some software, but the guy that helped me kept the money and left the company and went to school.
