He told me, after checking my set, what the problem was and the cost and when to pick up. My TV works great.

We called for a home service appointment to fix our television. Phil was convinced that he could help talk us through the problem rather than charge us. And he did! He was patient and knew exactly how to guide us through. It's not every day that a business will turn away the opportunity to make money. How nice that there are people who are still not interested in taking advantage. We will definitely call again for any other issues we may have, and would gladly pay for the services rendered!

The screen went black on my new Samsung HD TV around the beginning of October. If it wasn't for the guys at MVP it would still be black. The people on the Samsung hotline were polite but definitely clueless. Only after complaining was I able to connect with MVP. Phillip at MVP diagnosed the problem over the phone, corrected the Samsung service dispatch people, ordered the part and scheduled the call at my home to replace it. I would definitely recommed them and use them again.

I had a problem with my Samsung TV. Samsung authorized a no charge repair. I got a call the next day from MVP. The repair was scheduled. On repair day, Phil called to say they would be a little late. He and his assistant performed the repair, explained what they did and asked if I had questions. Everything went really well. I'd definately recommend them.

MVP Electronics came to my home to repair my TV with parts in hand. They were not able to get it repaired at my home. The service guys took my TV back to their location and had it repaired within a week. They offer to bring it back to my house for a charge of $50. I opted to pick it up myself. My TV is working well now and I am happy with the quality of service that I received. They were professional and courtesy. I would recommend their services.

Phil came out and did a very thorough check of the TV and contacted Mitsubishi to discuss his findings. He diagnosed defective glycol leakage on the signal and main PCB assemblies. Phil gave us an estimate and after some discussion with Phil, we decided to have the repair completed by him. He completed the work within the time frame he indicated and he did not go over the estimate, despite finding some additional work needed. He did need to take the "innards" of the TV with him for repair, but he did not take the entire unit, which we liked. The TV is in our basement and we didn't want to risk additional damage transporting the entire unit. It was an expensive repair, but we felt Phil was fair and given the work done, we were not overcharged. The TV is now in great working order.

They were prompt and professional. The fee was kind of stiff, but they did a good job.
