MTO Cleaning Services is celebrating our 13 years in business. We are fortunate to have some of the same clients for 13 years. This honor is in part due to the same employee cleaning the same client's home, which allows them to become familiar with the home and the needs of our client.

Services we offer

MTO Cleaning Services provides customized services for our clients. Our client's choose their cleaning frequency, and periodic. Our first step is to set up a free in-home estimate where our client shares what services they are looking for and what they don't want. They may want parts of a home cleaned or not cleaned, bi-weekly, monthly, some have very specific needs, weekly, which we try and meet.

I used them for close to a year and I was not satisfied with their service at all. It was like I had to follow them around while they were cleaning to make sure they did the job the way I specified. When I first started using them, I hired them for a deep cleaning and I continued to use them biweekly basis and when I would ask for the baseboards to be clean they told me I was always wanting a deep clean everytime, I did not know that basic cleaning is now considered deep cleaning. I finally had to ask them to leave and called the owner and told them i thought they were just taking my money and not giving me what i paid for. I would not use them ever again and I would highly recommend against using them.

SO FAR THE WORK HAS BEEN COMPREHENSIVE AND THOROUGH AS PROMISED. THE STAFF APPEAR ON TIME AND ARE COURTEOUS. THE SAME PERSON COMES EACH TIME.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FIRST PERSON THEY SENT. NO COMPENSATION WAS MADE FOR THE DISAPPOINTMENT I EXPERIENCED ON THEIR FIRST VISIT. THEY WANTED TO SEND THE SAME GIRL BACK, BUT I REFUSED. THEY CHANGED ME TO ANOTHER PERSON AND THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS THEY WANTED TO RAISE THE RATES. I DID NOT FEEL IT WAS JUSTIFIED AND CANCELLED MY SERVICE.
