MODERN SURFACE SOLUTIONS

The experience from beginning left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of the nature of the time of year the work was performed, it was a disaster. Russell insisted we could get this done before winter came and that he would fit us in and there would be no issues. He kept pushing our job further and further back in time leading us closer and closer to winter. The weather was great for 5 straight weeks but yet somehow customers that were supposed to be after my project came before my project because Russell stated they were throwing a fuss. Once he FINALLY started the job, he made a mistake and let the product get rained on which then made it turn white. He had start over again which made the project last 2 weeks too long. He had horrible communication skills and never called to tell me when he was coming or if he was going to be late. I felt left out of my own job. He also lit my mulch on fire with a blow torch and the fire dept had to be called.
