Pre-arranged a time with Jerry that would be good for us and allow him enough time to do the job he wanted to do. This was a saturday and we were able to have a clear schedule for this. Everything worked out very well. Jerry also provided recommendations on water heater replacement too since we are at 10 years in this new house and have seen some in the development go out and heard the stories on their replacements. Jerry took out the igniters and cleaned them and inspected them. They were in good shape. He also cleaned the ignition switch to make sure any possibility of issues are avoided. It needed that. Cleaned up after job completed and tested the unit successfully the first time. Very professional
