We hired Marhofer Collision to repair collision damage to the bumper of our car. This repair took a day longer than expected.
Then on the day we were to pick up the car, one of their employees backed into the door. The door was so badly damaged that it had to be completely replaced. Marhofer Collision did pay for our rental car for the additional time, and, of course, there was no charge for the repair. However, the door replacement took more than an additional week. We then had to return again because they had not installed the lock correctly. The final job that they did is beautiful and looks like new, but it was an exercise in frustration to get it done.

It did not go well for my wife and me. My wife stopped at the dealer's service department on her way home from work for an LOF and front tire replacement. When I arrived home from work that day, I inspected the allegedly new tires and found that they were anything but "brand new". One of the tires had had the date code part of the TIN REMOVED and the other tire looked as if it had been driven possibly 100 miles or more. I sent Mr. Ron Marhofer an e-mail as specified on the service invoice as an option for disgruntled customers. He telephoned me shortly thereafter. I found his attitude both condescending and defensive - he even apologized twice for being "defensive". In all fairness, I want to say that up until this last service visit , I was very satisfied with the service that we had received there. I was also very pleased with the initial point-of-sale process received from our salesman Mr. Nick Bettle.Because of this latest service visit, I will no longer use Ron Marhofer AutoMall, Inc. as an automotive service provider- they should not sell slightly used tires under the premise that they are brand new!

My husband and I came here to look at cars since we are getting ready to buy one. The two things I noticed first were: 1) The park their cars on the lot very close together so you have to get out and walk around. 2) They didn't start hounding us right away. It took a salesman about 5 minutes to approach us which was nice. We started talking to John and one of the first things he said that all prices were their bottom price and they couldn't negotiate them any lower. We told him what we were looking for, how much we were looking to spend, and how much we had for a down payment. Turns out he didn't hear a word we said. He got everything wrong. He showed me two cars that he thought would be in our price range (which was about $5,000 lower than what I'm looking to spend) and said he didn't think he'd have anything else. I felt that he was a horrible salesman, and he didn't seem like he even knew what he was talking about. He pointed to a Chevy and kept talking about Saturn. It took him a whole minute to even realize it was a Chevy. I really hope it was first week as a car salesman.
On top of John being the worst salesman ever, their cars were horribly over priced. I saw a van that $20,000 that had mud all over the bottom of it. And a saw a car that was $10,000 that had faded paint all over the roof. The whole roof was white when the car was blue.
Needless to say I wasted an hour and half of time that could have been better spent. Because of this experience, I will not use any Ron Marhofer car lots.

As promised C.J. had the unit pulled from storage lot and ready for demo and test drive before we arrived. C.J. was very knowledgeable
and answered all our questions. Price was better than quoted at a closer dealer. We were able to finish the transaction and be on our way with no frustrations or game playing.
This was by far the best new car buying experience we have had and we have had many. I would encourage anyone looking for a car to
make contact with this dealership. Even though they are a little further away it was well worth the drive.

Everything usually goes pretty good with them. I have not had any problems with them. We have no complaints. Normally everything is being done on time. I did not pay anything because the work was covered by warranty. They are very responsive and punctual. The quality of the work is excellent. They are very professional. I would use them again in the future.

Normally we don't go to a dealership to have any work done, but the van was under warranty. It was a struggle to get them to do the repair on the panel. Previously we had squeaking behind the panel and we were back and forth 4 times, but they stuck with us and they persevered and got it fixed even though it took a lot of phone calls and visits. We have also had oil changes and they have been perfect. It is on the high end for prices for oil changes but they give you a little bit more for your money. The only thing we have paid for are the oil changes. They are really professional.

They run a big operation, and they are professional. They get somebody to meet you right away and put things on the floor to keep it clean. They take you in and take care of you without delay. When they are through with the work, they wash the car.

We found my car via newspaper advertisement. I liked going to this place because the "salespeople" are salary not commission; no pressure. The car has been wonderful and would consider going back to them at some future time when buying a car.
