The price was reasonable. They had recommendation for tow service right away and which was very reasonable and they got it fixed right away and were very helpful and explain what was going on. They were very prompt and helpful with the tow service and they got it done very quickly and very well because they did a great job because we didn't have any problems since. I would use them again.

I have gone to Leipold since 2003 for many reasons. Best deal in town: they rotate their tires on your car as long as you have them. Other places charge $20 each time! Honest and up front discussion of manufacturer's warranty vs. actual miles. The family always treats customers with respect and takes time to listen and explain things so that I understand no matter the circumstances.

Manager was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.  They willingly quoted prices over the phone and gave me confident advice on selection.  They were ready for me when I came for my appointment, and did good work.

This is a family business and we trust them with all our tire needs.  Because we are long time, loyal customers, they didn't charge us for this flat repair.  Ordinarily, their prices for tires are as good or better than other places, but we don't even check anymore.  We know they will treat us fairly and do good work, put the right tires on for our cars and driving needs, rotate tires for free and check inflation anytime.  They have also done alignment, wheel bearing and brake work for us at times, always with our total satisfaction.

They bent over backwards to get me on the road again.  I would go there again.

It’s a family owned business run by two brothers; they are turning the business over to their kids and they run the same great service.  I have been going to them for years because I have found that they give me the best service for my price.  I trust them.  They are friendly, and their quality of service is great especially with their prices; their pricing is reasonable.  I was leaving in the morning for Kentucky to visit family and I needed to find out what was wrong with my car before I headed out and they did squeeze me right in; I called the dealership and they couldn't fit me in so that’s when I called them and they fit me in.  I have had a pleasant experience with them.

They did really good work. Their prices were reasonable. They are friendly and their quality of service is great; especially with the prices because it is a family owned business. I have been going there for years because I've found that they give the best service for the price and I trust them. I needed tires and they were one short, so they said that they will get me one at another location, and they did that for me so that I could have a whole set of tires.

I can give Leipold the best compliment there is to give.  I have  no problem sending my wife there with one of our vehicles with the absolute confidence that she will be treated with respect and will only be sold the services our vehicle actually needs  This has happened on several occasions and I appreciate their honesty.  I have also personally stopped by for new tires and they have counseled me that I still have acceptable tires and to wait a couple months before replacing the tires.  There aren't many places like Leopold around anymore.

I found this company on Angie's List and I am as pleased as all the other consumers. They helped me choose tires, installed the tires, and performed the alignment in under an hour. And it was a busy day. The manager was helpful in getting me the best deal, with a $50 rebate for the Cooper Tires I bought. He copied the sales receipt for me, so I could just send it off for the rebate. I'm a fan.

I took my 2011 Ford Raptor to Leipold Tire Co on May 23, 2012, believing that my truck's poor road performance was due to unbalanced, un-rotated tires.  After taking the time to look at my tires, listen to my concerns, and list my options, Dennis, believing that the problem was more than un-rotated tires, asked if they could put my truck up on an open rack.  I agreed to a more thorough examination.  Shawn took my truck for a short ride and then put it on the rack.  He examined it and found that both of my front Upper Ball Joints were loose.  Shawn took the time to show me the problem, and then much to my surprise, told me the work should be covered under my truck's warranty.  Both Dennis and Shawn suggested I wait to have my tires rotated and balanced until after the warranty work was done by the dealership.  When I asked what I owed them for the time they spent on my truck, I was told that I didn't owe them anything! 
I was very impressed with Dennis and Shawn's knowledge and honesty.  I can't stress how well they treated me.  This is service at its finest!!

I recently purchased a set of tires from them.  They didn't exactly have what I wanted.  However, the tires I ended up with are fine.  I would call first to make sure they have what I need, but  I would definitely purchase tires from them again.

They performed the service promptly. Everything went very well. The price on the tires was $50 less than competitors. We also received a mail rebate to save another $50.

I rarely, if ever, post comments about service I receive but my experience with this company was so good that I wanted to make a point to do so for the sake of supporting their business and spreading the good word to people needing a service and price they can feel good about. In short, the price was very reasonable especially for the quality of service and professionalism this company offers. Impressive! I know who I will use for all of my future tire needs.

Excellent. It began with the phone call to numerous places for tire prices. Spoke with Dennis who treated me professionally and did not try to rush my phone call like the others did. He explained the type of tires he had in stock for my model and also went into detail about the tire warranty and that they offer lifetime rotation for free.

I was really leaning toward getting the same tires I had previously purchased for my Ford Escape, since I really liked them. However, they were Michelin's, and they were expensive, and my car has over 100,000 miles, so wasn't sure I wanted to make that kind of investment. Leipold's recommended a Hercules SUV tire instead. I went with them, and I have been very satisfied. They were much less expensive, the vehicle rides better, and handles just as well. They may not last as long as the Michelin's, but given the age of the car, that's fine by me. I like that the rotations are free, and I can have my air pressure checked any time. Just drive up to the bay doors, and someone comes right out and checks them for me.

I called a day ahead and made appointments for the tire replacement services. Leipold representatives greeted me promptly. Even though the shop was brimming with customers, my car was serviced without delay. I am very impressed with how clean and neat the shop and employees were.

I had called late afternoon to make this appointment, and they saw me the next morning. The waiting room was pretty full, but they got all of us in and out in short order. For a tire store, the waiting room was pleasant, everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. They answered all my questions, did the work and I was out of there in about fifty minutes -- and this, I think, only because they were so busy. It was a much better experience than I have had at other places. They'll have my business from now on.
