+ -1 moreWE NEEDED TO GET A DEED DRAWN UP FROM OUR LAWYER AND HE WOULD NEVER RESPONDED TO OUR LAWYERS REQUEST. THE COST WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED AT $250 AND ENDED UP BEING $2000. HE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS HAD AN EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING. ONCE I MADE THREATS THAT I WANTED HIM FIRED, HE HURRIED AND GOT THE JOB COMPLETED. I PAID THE MAN JUST TO BE RID OF HIM. I WAS TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ANYTHING THAT THIS MAN DID. HE WAS CONTACTED IN AUGUST 2003 AND THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL DECEMBER.
Description of Work: WE CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO SURVEY LAND FOR A NEW HOME WE WERE BUILDING. HE MADE 5 APPOINTMENTS AND NEVER SHOWED FOR ANY OF THEM. HE THEN WOULD SHOW ON A DIFFERENT DAY AND SAY WE DID NOT SHOW.
