We wouldn't go anywhere else. We trust them to do the job completely.

I brought it the day after work and then picked it up the following day. They did a good job. I trust them. They're quick. They don't make more charge than what it is. They're punctual and do the service at the expected time.

This is the second time I've used Gand R and I've been happy with them both times. They're professional and courteous. They identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I felt the price was reasonable. I will use them again and will recommend them to friends.

It went real well. I'd recommend them. I've taken my vehicle there several times.

I ran into an intermittent problem with my Kia minivan, where it was getting a strange shake at all speeds. Took it to 2 other shops, and they couldn't figure it out (one told me it definitely wasn't the trans, the other told me it definitely WAS..lol). Gand R was a little further away from me, but since they had such good reviews, I figured it was worth a shot.
They spent a few days testing and checking it, and called back to tell me that they could not confirm their diagnosis 100%, and were not willing to put new parts on without evidence, but their years of experience told them that I had at least one bad axle. They said they could try replacing one, and if that didn't fix it, replace the other, but they had no other way to verify the diagnosis.They went ahead and replaced both axles, and the problem was resolved.
**6/27/12 update - The same vehicle broke down this week, with some additional and quot;drivetrainand quot; symptoms. It turns out that one of the new axles had failed. Gand R had the defective part replaced within 1 day, and covered it under warranty with no cost to me. Not only do they do good work, but they stand behind it as well!

On my first visit an oil change was perforned, a problem with the ABS brake system was diagnosed on my 1999 Saturn, and a general inspection was performed. A few days later -- on a date that I requested -- the ABS was repaired, and a tie rod was replaced. Unfortunately, Saturn and/or GM no longer have a part needed to restore my rear window washer; Gand R did an extensive search to find the part to no avail. Their was has been totally satisfactory and I will continue to take my car to them for both routine break-down service.

I trust them and they do great job everytime. I had used them a year ago. I do not remember how much did I spend but the price is not high. My overall experience is good and I will use them again in the future.

G and R Auto Care is a good company. My experience working with them was very good. It was recommended to me by another person. They did an excellent job. It is a clean shop. They are knowledgeable and they did a nice job. The estimate they gave me was what they stuck to. I was very satisfied. The price was good, I don't know if it was the best price in the area because I don't shop around for brake jobs very often. As for punctuality we had set an appointment and it was fine. I have not had a used car now otherwise I would have used them again because I have had only new cars and I trade them after three years so I really I don't need brake jobs any more.

They are good. He was very attentive. They were honest with me. The service was quick. They couldn't take care of the other problem and they recommended me to somebody else who took care of it real fast. I was happy with the price but I didn't have much to compare it to. I would use them again.

They were very good. They were very helpful. Their price was good and they got me in pretty quickly. They got it done when they said it would be done and they were very professional. They found that parts of my frame had broken loose and needed welding. He referred me to a guy that was very economical and they repaired it for me today.

Fast service, very friendly.

Went great. They saved me a lot of money on the brake line work which they say they do a lot of. Midas wanted $900 and wanted to replace all of them. Gand R inspected and only replaced what needed replaced for about $175. The people are polite and courteous. Only downside is that they have limited hours versus some other shops but they have a key drop and will take a credit card over the phone for payment. I'll be going back.

It went excellent, we have used their services numerous times in the past. They are very pleasant. They will do what ever it takes do the work for you. They are dependable and they will make sure the work is done right.
