Amazing service! We're so pleased with the care and attention that John and Andy gave to our multi-tree needs. Reasonable priced and the care they gave to cleaning up following the job was amazing. Falls Tree Service will always be my go to for any tree needs going forward.

I went extremely well and I did ot have to be at home for the service to be completed. So I did not have to take off work while they worked.

I had called several tree removal services for quotes. Of the 6 that I contacted, 1 cancelled the appointment because they were too busy for my small job, and 3 others agreed to quotes. I missed John and left a message on a Friday and he returned my call by Tuesday. Considering we'd had storms in the area, I was not put-off, especially when he indicated he could come out that day to quote my tree removal. Although I wasn't going to be home at the time, I directed him over the phone to which tree I wanted taken down and he said he'd call me back after he made it out to take a look.
He called me back as promised and we discussed my needs and a price. I said that I had another quote coming the following day and I'd call him back afterward and let him know.
John's quote was more in line with what I needed done (simple pine tree removal) and I agreed to hire him when his schedule would allow. One week after we agreed on the job, he came out and took the tree down easy-peasy and ground out the stump the day after. I couldn't be more satisfied with his work, timeliness and price. Having had several pines taken down while living in Pennsylvania, I couldn't believe the quote of the one company (the other was typical for that company) and John was great. I highly recommend him.

It went very well. I was very happy. They are very good and very friendly.

It went very well.  They worked for several hours, with a short break for lunch. Then cleaned up and even swept the house and
garage roofs off before finishing. The workers informed me of a "soft" spot on my roof and its location so my roofer could check
it. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend Falls Tree.

It was on the cheap side because I had three more people quoted. They were just friendly and good. They answered my questions. They were prompt and showed up.

No problems at all!  Their crew came out dressed very casually, almost sloppy, but the people I contracted with were all great.

He was on time and did an excellent job. Not one piece of the tree was left. Everything was cleaned up and removed. I highly recommend.

THEY SPENT A GOOD 16 HOURS ON THE 2 TREES. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH CLEAN UP AND THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE LIMBS BECAUSE THEY WERE RIGHT OVER MY HOUSE. THEY WERE BY FAR CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT I CALLED. THEY WERE LATE ABOUT 5 HOURS, HOWEVER, THEY DID APOLOGIZE FOR BEING LATE.
