Falls Landscape, Inc.

This company does lawn service at our Condo complex.  I contacted them on May5 to do some additional service for me.  I was told that they would be there the next day or day after.

In 2011 I got a price quote for leaf removal for my 1/3 acre property. I asked that the leaves be blown to a corner of the yard. The following year I asked that the leaves be removed. The bill I received in 2012 was 60% higher which was surprising but I knew it had to cost more so I paid it without comment. In 2013 Falls Landscaping did the same job as the previous year. I was shocked to see that the price had increased an additional 90%. When I called Andy to complain about the massive increase in price he said that it was because the trees were bigger this year and since it had rained 3 days prior, the leaves were still a bit wet. I was told there was nothing he could do so just pay the bill. Although Falls Landscaping did a fine job of leaf removal I feel that their price quote means nothing. I will not use this company again.

I was a little taken back as the advertisements say that he has an A on Angie's List.

They did exactly as indicated. They did a really good job. I would use them again.

Have employed their lawn service for several years. Am happy with them.
