They were absolutely terrible. They were really horrible. Every part about that experience was awful. They were responsive, but they did not have anything good to say. I will not use them again in the future.

I ordered flowers for my wife using 1-800 flowers.com. Dietz was the local florist selected. When I saw the flowers that were delivered to her I was embarrassed I even sent them. The flowers she received looked like a child had arranged them. The quality of the flowers was average but the arrangement was awful. I called 1-800 flowers.com and complained about the service and they gave me another free arrangement to be sent the next day. My wife received the same arrangement as before from Dietz. I called Dietz directly and they told me there is only one way to arrange those flowers. They can't be arranged another way.
