COUNTRY WIDE HOME LOANS

I would not recommend this company (or at least this broker). Everything started out great. He was very responsive. Things went down hill toward the closing though. He lied to me about whether the company would sell my mortgage to another. He said there was no way that would happen. They haven't sold it yet, but the paperwork I got on closing said they have sold 100% of their loans in the past 3 years. I moved across the state for a new job, so I was on a pretty tight time schedule. The closing was delayed twice. Once due to Mike not getting the paperwork where it was supposed to go on time. He told me it was because of my Realtor and the sellers not handling things in a timely manner. I later found out that the Realtor never even got it until several weeks after he told me he had sent it out. The Realtor even saved the postmarked envelope from him to prove it wasn't their fault.
