CONNER'S COMFORT SYSTEMS

It was very good. They came right out and they did it. He needed a part; he got the part and got it done. He was in and out. I use them all time. I have used them for years. It's just that, whenever I call George, and I leave a message and he calls me right back. He has a very good customer service. He would get down here as soon as he can. Several years ago, I had my air conditioning out and my husband was out of town and it was like 95 degrees and it was a weekend. It was a heat wave and everybody was breaking and he just made it for me. He is just a great company. I recommend him to everybody. His prices are reasonable. I had known them for years. He never tries to tell you things you don't need. He tells you exactly the way it is. If you need it, he tells you. He is very pragmatic. He has never lied or over sold me. They have a great reputation. I have heard of others comments also.

George Conner decided which furnace and tonnage blower would work for our home, sun exposures and square footage. It was up to us to decide what efficiency we wanted to purchase. Once we did, he gave us an estimate and explained everything fully.
We gave him the go-ahead to perform the work, and he called when the A/C, furnace and all components arrived. George Conner and his crew neatly and efficiently installed the new system. His is a perfectionist, a dying breed in this day and age. They had to retro-fit some of the ductwork to fit in with the new components, the work on that is spot-on, also.
We've used Conner Comfort Systems on our prior home, also. We've always been completely satisfied with how they've treated us and with the quality of the work performed. This is a very fair company with an owner who cares about the job being done correctly.

The pilot light on our furnace was going off daily. We called a few companies for service and George was the only one able to come right out. He quickly addressed the problem (defective thermocouple), repaired the furnace and we had heat within 30 minutes of his arrival. He was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

George Conner is great to work with. He provided a comprehensive quote on a timely basis. I got two other quotes that were higher for inferior systems from two other companies. The installation was completed as scheduled. He personally did the installation and was assisted by two other company employees who were also very professional. It was determined that I did not need new thermostats and Mr. Conner subtracted that cost from the bill. Overall, a great job by very professional people.
