Chase Bank - Cuyahoga Falls

It's just convenient and well organized. They don't charge me for anything. I've never had any issues or problems with them.

They are really proactive. On a somewhat regular basis, they will actually call and do an account review to see if we should change any of the accounts that we have or if there is anything they can do to help, whether it is reducing my mortgage interest rate or raising my savings interest rate or reminding me of a service that I am not using. They do it often enough that it is helpful but not so often that it is annoying. They have typically pointed out something that will save us money so we appreciate that. The staff is very friendly.
