Arrow Inspection Services LLC

I am a first time home buyer and I needed a home inspection.  After watching lots of HGTV and Holmes Inspection I was nervous about just picking anyone.   I found Ryan from Arrow did a more thorough job than I had imagined.  Our home is 2000+sq feet.  He arrived before our 10am appointment and was going at it taking pictures and measurements.  I brought my fiance with me since he used to work in home maintenance.  Ryan explained everything he was doing and why it mattered.  He conducted a radon test, septic, well and home inspection for us.  We ran the well dry and he was concerned about the leach beds.  He said structurally the house was great a few minor things to look at, bushes planted to close to the house, loose cabinet, needs tightened.   After the inspection he said his only concern was that of the leach beds, and draining the well.  We went back to the seller with these two issues and Ryan came back out for us to reevaluate and now everything is Great!  The report he sent was awesome, pictures included.  I think initially our first inspection lasted close to 3 hours.  Yes very detailed couldn't have been happier.  Surprised more people haven't documented about him on Angies list.  Proud to be the first!
