We have used Kain's for a couple years now so we knew we could count on him. He showed up on time, evaluated our system, cleaned some things up, tested everything and had my wife's concerns put to rest.  He is always great to work with. I have had multiple neighbors and friends call him for service and I have never heard anything besides glowing reports.

He was on time, efficient, explained what he did & the condition of the furnace. He also supplied & installed a programmable thermostat which was a recommended unit in Consumer Reports. I chose to contract & pay for annual service to have him back in the spring to check the AC. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Kain's was prompt, efficient and fairly priced. The 'A' reviews for this business are right on target. Rob himself is very personable and comes across as an honest guy out to make a living and do his job with excellence. He's very knowledgeable about units and gave me tips on how to make the most of ours and how to prepare financially for when our 20+ year old unit finally gives up the good fight. I was thrilled with the service and the results. 4 stars Rob!

Absolutely wonderful experience! On time, and contrary to what the past two service companies had told us, he hooked up the air conditioner correctly to the control unit, made sure the thermostat wires were fixed and had all up and running within an hour. He stated we did not need eitter a new air conditioner or new heater as we were previously told by other repair service companies. Mr Cain also recommended his fall service and noted that our units were in fine shape and to just to keep them maintained and they would last for several more years. He just charged us for a service call. Extraordinary service, we are huge fans! Extremely prompt, professional and honest, just doesn't get any better than that!

No cool air from our AC unit.  Called about 7:30am.  Talked to Rob and he said he could come out that day.  He called when he was about 20 min away so I could get home from work.  He filled the freon and it was working again.  He was only there about 30 min.  Rob was very nice and professional.

I called Rob on 12-30-2010 to do a service on my furnace and he told me he could get to me on 12-31-2010, he said I would be his second stop, between 10-12, I asked him to call 1st and he did, I would HIGHLY recommend Rob, He's very honest and prompt and courteous
