We tried to refinish our hardwood floors ourselves and once we got finished sanding, we noticed lines going the opposite way of the grain in our floors. We contacted a professional and they said it's most likely from someone who finished the floors before "bruising" the wood. We knew at that point we had to get a professional. Troy Abney was recommended to me through a friend. He came out, gave us an analysis, then worked up a quote for us. We had been working on the floors for 10 days by ourselves and he worked us into his schedule and got it done in 4 days. He didn't mind me being here and he was even friendly with my pets. He gave us 6 options for stains and even mixed a custom color for us, which we ended up loving. I would highly recommend him for any hardwood floor refinishing and have already recommended him to friends.
