The work was not excellent, but good. The workers were dealing with internal power battles and aired them out to us. Sometimes we didn't know when they were coming, or how long they would be there. They didn't finish the work, some outlets were incomplete and pulled out of the wall the first time we tried to unplug something. There were things that were absolutely what we wanted, and some that left us really frustrated. We had plumbing problems that required calls to them to have them fix something they'd supposedly already fixed. When some leaking in the refinished downstairs occurred after the work was done, we were told that it was because of something on our part, not the work that they did. Even though they did not address our complaints about previous leaks before they finished the walls. It was not a complete disaster, just not the quality we hoped for.
