We purchased carpeting and laminated flooring from Joe (the owner). We understand the carpeting to be of pretty good quality. Joe had his installer rip up an oak floor which was glued down, used some 1/4 inch plywood and leveling cement to get connecting floor levels to about match, installed the laminate in our dining room and carpet in living room. The installer moved furnature and replaced just as it was. Kept work area clean while working and cleaned up after he was done.
Both rooms together are roughly 670 square feet so that makes the total cost a little under $5.00/sq ft. We thought that price was a little high but I suppose I t hink that about most everything we buy these days. We absolutely got a good job, everyone involved was curtious and treated us with respect.
