Did a great job

My project was to completely upgrade an older bathroom which had not been remodeled since the mid-70's. The bathroom had no tile in it. Just the basics with a fiberglass shower, vinyl flooring, and drywall. There was some water damage to the lower drywall in a few places. Nathan worked with me in providing some options including making the shower larger. He constructed a new shower completely of tile to ceiling height. Repaired and tiled the walls up to 48-inches all around and installed a tile floor. I was responsible to provide only the tile. I liked this because I was not tied to one supplier for tile and decorative listello. Nathan's rates were very reasonable and considering the quality or workmanship, an excellent value. Wonderful attitude from both Nathan and his co-worker. They were friendly, honest, and kept to their schedule. I took pictures everyday of the progress that was made and it is amazing the level of detail Nathan goes to even beyond the visible. Great work! Great people! True Tile is my first choice and I would hire again.

Nathan and Tim installed tile in 3 rooms and a hallway. They arrived on time, worked hard each day, and left the area clean before leaving. They're really nice guys. The tile looks great. They did a beautiful job!

Nathan James and his Apprentice, Timothy, worked together flawlessly. They repaired a natural slate walkway/porch that was deteriorating because of rain/snow/ice over the years. They were able to repair this area so well that the areas of repair can't be distinguished from the original work. Awesome, artistic job! I am hoping that if we ever have a job outside their work area we can get them to travel to wherever we are in Ohio. Yes, they are that good.

Nate was great. He was thorough, clean, punctual and very easy to talk to. He actually charged me less than he quoted because the tile was on sale. Who does that? If you need tiling done, call him.

Kept at it until the job was done; had a couple of unexpected problems but handled them very well. Are going to hire him soon for our next tile job. A professional - had samples of previous work done when interviewed.

He did a very good job in removing and replacing ceramic tile around a bathtub in an older home. He was very flexible to work with in planning the tile design and offered good suggestions. The end job is much nicer than we had expected.
