Overall, I guess it's OK. The plumber told me he couldn't install the faucet so that it didn't move when I used it. I asked him to do something. I couldn't have the whole faucet assembly swinging back and forth as I moved the handle from hot to cold. He said he could put plumbers putty under the assembly, but it wouldn't be the best solution, since the putty doesn't harden. He didn't have any caulking to put around it either. He also indicated that I needed new feeder lines for the water supply and installed them. They smell bad and make my water taste awful. I also asked him to look at the stopper in the pedestal sink in the bathroom. It needed replaced and I'd purchased a new one. He indicated pedestal sinks are difficult to work with and that I would need to buy a new faucet assembly in order to have the stopper replaced. This seemed like a very large excuse from the plumber for not wanting to deal with the stopper in a pedestal sink.

It was a mediocre experience, but they got the job done. The installer didn't understand the what he was sent for. He had to leave and come back, and he wanted to charge me for that.

They showed up on time and were courteous. Their work appears to be fine. I just wish it would have cost less, but it wasn't out of line.

I would use them again.

The meter was replaced. What I find incredible is that the serviceman was dispatched unprepared for the possibility of replacing it, without a new meter in the truck. The repair took all of 15 minutes, but I was billed for the time it took to return to the shop, pick up a new meter and come back to my house. This business practice is absolutely unacceptable. Because you could not listen to the reason you were being called and plan for a reasonable possibility, does not make it my cost to incur.

They are always good and prompt. They are very neat and clean when they do the work. The workmen are clean cut; their prices are competitive. These people know what they are doing. I have been using them for several years.

It was a Friday night, I had to wait a long time. It was the first week of OSU school, so they were booked solid. He did show up and he was very professional and he fixed the problem right away and was fast. I was overall satisfied even though I had to wait - just circumstances of the timing. I would call them again.

They come quickly, which is wonderful, but the price is high. I thought I still had some problems after they came once. Their workers are very nice and personable.

They did an extraordinary job. I called and reported the problem, they called and said they could be out in an hour to fix the problem, giving me just enough time to meet them from work downtown. They had a clean cut professional man come out and do the service and he was very good. He was knowledgeable. We have white carpeting and he wore booties to keep everything clean. He was very efficient and professional. He was one of the better plumbers I have ever had at the house. One thing he did that really impressed me, he showed me the prices, how much the costs were for each item and everything. I liked that, because you could tell he wasn't making up the amounts/prices. Because of my good experience, I would definitely call them again.

Crew did a great job, and I was very pleased with them. They have done all of my plumbing work, and are always excellent. I will definitely use them in the future.

Sink leaked after they were done so I had to have them come back out. He did not even have normal caulking compound. He only had red. Who puts red caulk in a house?

Major water leak pipe busted water leaked to the basement and that set off the fire alarm. Gave 4 hour window and they were at my residence within an hour. They are very professional and nice.

I was very pleased with them. They were pleasant and neat. They knew how to do the job and did it efficiently. I was happy with the entire experience. His name was Greg and I really did enjoy him specifically, I had used him before and will again I'm sure.

Unfortunately, the toilet repair had to be re-done by a more senior plumber a week later. Because a part was installed back wards on two other toilets in the house (we had the more senior plumber check them all), we had additional work done. Although they told me that I was getting a discount because of the problem with the first plumber, the overall bill was so high, I never felt quite sure it was fair.

They were very prompt and professional. They were quick to diagnose the issue, and we were very pleased.

We moved in 2 months ago, first time home owners, new to Angie's, and we had no idea why water backed up after we ran the washing machine. We did a little research and found out it was a bigger job than snaking the drain. It was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. We called around and Waterworks were the most pleasant on the phone. They dispatched someone that night. The rate is around $200 flat fee, plus $30 holiday time. It costs $84 an hour after 2 hours. We had tree roots and baby wipes clogging the drain (we don't have a baby). It took just under two hours and cost us $209 with the discount. We thought we'd be stuck with it all weekend. The plumber was congenial considering it was late on a holiday Sunday, thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. The work is guaranteed against the return of tree roots for one year. All in all a good experience and we'd call them again.

They were great, I called them up, they were there within less than 2 hours. They were very prompt, actually earlier than we anticipated.
