We've have to replace the mailbox 4 times. I had just put in the third mail box and when my wife came home the box was destroyed. We put in the fourth one, and it was also destroyed. They wrote me a check for the mailbox which I was very pleased with. Later  we realized we were missing prescriptions for my wife, and it turns out they were literally smashed inside my flattened mail box. I called the company back the following Monday and they became very upset that I called them again. They told me they would not give me anymore money to help pay for her medications. Throughout this whole time I have had to take pictures and everything to the Doctor because they were upset with everything as well. They are not giving us any more money to get this taken care of, but I feel like they need to. They keep telling us to take them to court. I have all the proof, with pictures and everything. There has been so much hassle with this and if they just would have helped me in the first place we could have skipped all this hassle.
