Valley Curbside Cleaning

It went well. They did three houses for us.

Excellent. The men were on time, cordial, and did great work. And their price was outstanding

Job done was adequate, but not complete per our agreement. I had asked to pressure wash a brick patio and replace the 3 timbers that bordered the patio. They suggested trying to power wash the wood timbers first and see if they could be cleaned. I agreed. After doing the bricks and making a minor try at cleaning the timbers, I heard them packing up. Then they texted me from inside the truck about how I wanted to pay. I came outside with my checkbook and saw the timbers were partially cleaned, but still mostly dark green. I called the one guy over and asked why the timbers weren't finished, and they hurried and got a broom and some solution to quickly clean them, instead of power washing them like we agreed on. They left, I think, with never intending to discuss replacing the timbers, but rather get in the truck and get away quickly. It seems they never had any intention of replacing the timbers, but just taking the power washing job. I hired them to do both things, and if the timbers didn't clean up well, then we would replace them. There was little to no communication. They were polite. Not rude. But, they never said these timbers can't be cleaned, and further discussed getting the timbers replaced. They just seemed to want to do the bricks and get going. I think they should have said we don't do that kind of work, but we can try to clean them for you. Again, poor communication. So for that reason, I would not feel confident in recommending them unfortunately.

The service was great and I like them. They were friendly and professional and they did good work. They were on schedule and I'm going to use them again.
