It went very well. Rip had great suggestions. The ShowPlace cabinets and the molding he added are beautiful. He was on time, the cost for the original work quoted was a little lower than his estimate. He did suggest a place in Cleveland for the countertops. I ended up going high end and that impacted the cost. The granite I chose is highly unusual.

Rip was very professional in all my dealings with him.  He was punctual and started and completed the job as promised.  The price was fair for the labor and there were no additional add-ons to the cost.  The bathroom came out beautiful and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

The whole process went well - from ordering the cabinets to installation. He kept me updated everyday about what would be worked on the next day. It really helped me know when to get items out of the old cabinets and when I could start putting back.

Job went well. Rip was coordinating two jobs, so our job was started, then paused while waiting for some of our materials arrived and he worked on other project. He kept us informed of schedule and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He was also working around our being in and out of town. He helped with design aspects of the remodel and recommended a cabinet supplier that offered a variety of products at a decent price. Also recommended tile and quartz suppliers who were good, reputable, and reasonably priced. There was an issue with a subcontractor that was resolved quickly and professionally, without delaying our job considerably.

I used them to remodel our kitchen. They were very easy to work with and cooperative. I would use them again.
