HE MADE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO INCREASE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE DISHWASHER. I HAVE WELL WATER WHICH IS PROBABLY CAUSING THE PROBLEMS AND HE RECOMMENDED HAVING THE WATER CHECKED.
