I did use Hovis Tire for some tires actually and that is the latest repair that I have had. Hovis Tire is located in Cortland. We are very happy, it went very well. The cost is not bad for an SUV. They were friendly. They explained everything. Nice area for waiting. They were able to have the tires within a day. It was all good. They are very punctual. They had my appointment and they were ready on time. They are very professional, friendly and explained things if I had questions and it was all good.

Needed alignment for my Corvette and big name place with"PEP", local shops, and even the local Chevy dealer either wouldn't touch it or wanted an outrageous price. One guy said it would take him at least two days because it was a hard alignment???? Hovis did an excellent job in one day. This car as well as all my others will be going there from now on.

Not only did they sell me tires, they could also fix pretty much anything mechanically that was wrong with the car. They have a guy there that runs the desk, Red, he is outstanding. He is very polite and attentive. They have never tried to fix something that wasn't needed. I have always been happy with their services.

Everyone there was very professional and I was treated well. My van was taken in right at my app. time and I waited approx. 1 and 1/2 hours to have 4 new tires installed and my wheels aligned.I thought this was reasonable. I would return here for future work.

We took the car and explained there was a noise. They took it for a test drive and then put it on the lift. They found the problem, called to let us know what it was and we approved the repair. All of that happened by noon and by 5pm it was in the lot ready to go. We have been using them for years and highly recommend them. They are always kind and considerate.
