I was only probably under 50 per cent satisfied with them. He fixed one computer for me and it seems to be alright but then I had to wait too long. He ordered a power supply for me but even after a month, he didn't have it, so, I had someone else bought it in a few days.

"We are truly sorry you weren't happy with our service. Our records show the last repair we did for you was May of 2013 (small part and hour of labor), so i'm not sure what was referenced in February or May of this year. Please let me know if i'm wrong and missed something. If someone needs oddball parts we usually locate and order ASAP once the customer comes in (if the parts are available, if not we generally let them know within a week if we can't find them.) If it was a phone call placed for us to locate a part and we have it or it's a standard part, we usually have it ready in a couple days. Did you happen to call in looking for a laptop power brick and perhaps we needed more information and didn't communicate that to you? I'm guessing it wasn't a desktop power supply because they're always stocked. I'm guessing that both sides were waiting on information from the other (us on details to get the right part, you waiting on word that the part was in)? Regardless, we're sorry if we dropped the ball, please give us a copy of the receipt for what you paid for the power supply and we will reimburse you."
