We've used him for the last 6 or 7 years. He's worked on our dryer, washer, and dishwasher as well. He's a fair guy. If he has to come out and come back he only charges you one fee. He doesn't up sell you. He's always very friendly. There's never any pressure.

My Maytag neptune washer was leaking from underneath the unit. I needed a repairman ASAP. Al from A & W Appliances was recommended by a local company. He fixed my machine in one day. I am very grateful and would use this company again.
