Kleines Landscaping and Construction

We bought the house after the work was done, we moved in 4 years after their work was completed after the originals owners sold the house. The work they did at installation and design was so good, the pictures are still on their site and facebook from our home. When we moved in, we noticed just after 4 years, some major shifting in the pacers, the step had moved or settled almost 2 inches (trip hazard) and the area won't drain as originally designed to do. All we wanted was for Kleines to come out and fix what needed to be fixed, obviously for payment) and we thought it would be good for them to do it since it was their design. George answered the phone as soon as I called, we scheduled him to come out...he stood me up. When I called him 5 hours after he was supposed to be there, he apologized and said he forgot to write it down, but that he would be there tomorrow at 1P...that was 2 months ago...he stood us up again and won't return calls or texts. These are the facts, you decide if that's a company you want to work with now and more importantly after the work is done if you need anything else from them.

All phases of this exterior construction project were done with the highest attention to structural stability, quality,  and superb detail. We are impressed with the owner's and crew's highly skilled workmanship, knowledge, honesty, & dedication to completing this job in a timely, efficient manner, with quality materials.  Excellent continuous communication with homeowners regarding this extensive outdoor construction project.  All crew possess expertise within their field, and for the scope of work to effectively complete this job. 
This company is not your everyday landscaper. They are outdoor construction experts.
