Description of Work: We did a complete remodel of our kitchen. Went to Graves for cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, and cabinet hardware.

Description of Work: We ordered a custom top of the line entryway door. The door was to be prefinished at a premium cost. The inside was to be black, and the outside was to be wineberry. The interior black finish was so thin that the white primer showed through and the nail holes and plugs for the sidelight glass were never filled and painted. The exterior finish was three different shades of wineberrry. Upon physical inspectio review by Mike Reiter, he told us that the door looked great and since we scuffed a 3" x 5" section of black to demonstrate the thinness of the paint, he told us that we voided the entire door warranty. In order to get the door to a consistent paint finish, we would incur an additional $1900 to get the quality we desired. Ed Belair, the sales manager would not even negotiate a settlement and told us to sue him. Don't order any custom items from this supplier. They don't stand in front, beside or behind their products. They are unprofessional and immature in their business dealings

Description of Work: My summer project was to replace weather damaged boards in my wooden deck. I purchased the required lumber from Graves. The treated lumber was delivered on time, was of good quality, and fairly priced. I looked at several other lumber yards before choosing Graves.
