The inspection went as planned but there were some big misses on their part that resulted in thousands of dollars of repairs for me. The inspector Noted some items that could cause water intrusion on the exterior of the home. A reasonable inspector would look more closely at the basement to look for signs of water. Resulted in me being confident of a dry basement and it was the opposite. I would recommend going with a different inspector. Didn’t do anything to help rectify the situation or make it better after following up besides recommending a water proofing company.

Very well. Dave performed the initial Home Inspection for a home we wanted to purchase. After a thorough inspection he sent me the report and went it with me via phone the next day. The radon levels were higher than recommended and because of his professionalism on the inspection, we hired him to do a radon mitigation project in the basement. The work was perfectly done and to the estimate. We have since scheduled him to install a battery backup for the basement sump pump. I can't say enough about his professionalism and expertise.

They told the realtor who was selling our home that there was no grounding in our home so we called our inspection man and he said that their equipment is faulty which is why they were getting the results of no grounding in our home. So we had to have it retested that we paid for.
